Meet Karrington

Karrington Jones-Arrington is a nonprofit operations professional and project manager with a decade of experience in administration, leading programs, coordinating large-scale events, and driving organizational efficiency across the nonprofit and healthcare sectors.

Her background spans operations and program leadership roles at the Alzheimer’s Association, the Northeast Ohio Community Resilience Centre, and The MetroHealth System, where she has managed multi-million dollar initiatives, led federally funded climate and community health programs, provided executive support to C-suite leadership, coordinated international events, and built cross-functional partnerships across multiple counties and organizations.

Karrington is also the Founder of QualityLife Home Care, an agency serving Northeast Ohio with a mission rooted in her own family’s alzheimers and caregiving experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Loyola University Chicago and has built a career on keeping complex operations running smoothly while never losing sight of the people they serve.

In her free time, Karrington enjoys learning new skills, traveling, and testing her problem-solving skills in escape rooms!
